How do I get access during the beta?+
Email hello@dooperator.ai with a brief description of your team and use case. We're onboarding teams selectively during private beta and will get back to you within 2 business days.
What counts as 'unlimited experiments'?+
Business and Enterprise plans have no hard experiment limit. Team will be capped at 50 active experiments at once — completed experiments don't count.
How does nonprofit verification work?+
We review applications manually. We typically ask for a website link and a brief description of your program. We respond within 2 business days and set up your account directly.
Can academics use the platform for publishable research?+
Yes. The full statistical toolkit including Bayesian inference, mediation analysis, and sensitivity analysis is available on the Nonprofit/Academic plan and is appropriate for peer-reviewed work.
What's the difference between Team and Business?+
Business adds causal graph modeling, mediation and sensitivity analysis, adaptive RL policies, AIPW estimation, and evidence pooling — the full causal inference toolkit. Team covers standard A/B and multivariate with Bayesian stats.
When will billing go live?+
We're finalizing pricing before general availability. Teams in the private beta will be notified in advance before any charges begin.
